“Want your climate reporting to reach more people where they already get their news? Free, six-week virtual training by the Pulitzer Center is designed for journalists who want to amplify their climate reporting with short videos for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts.

“This program will help you master the skills you need to transform a story you’re already working on into a polished, ready-to-post digital video. Along the way, you’ll build confidence using simple, mobile-first storytelling techniques. No prior video experience is needed.

“This online course is one-two hours a week and will require about three hours between sessions for writing, reporting, video editing, etc. Seats are limited.

“Reporters based in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands working with local news outlets can apply.”
